Mindfulness: Inner Awareness Meditation

Welcome to this inner awareness meditation practice.

We will approach this meditation with the intention to simply become aware of our thoughts, feelings and any sensations we may be experiencing. Finding awareness of our inner landscapes. Cultivating an acceptance for whatever already is. With meditation there is often this misconception that we need to “not think”, to have a mind completely clear of thoughts. When really meditation is more about becoming a witness to your own thoughts. It’s a stepping back, a zooming out and seeing them for what they are. So that we can see that we are not our thoughts or feelings, we simply experience our thoughts and feelings. I hope this practice helps you observe your inner landscape, with non judgemental awareness and acceptance.
