Melon Soup (ENG)

This recipe is almost too easy to be shared, but it's really delicious and it's the perfect starter when you

don't have much time to cook. It's completely plant-based, light, fresh, healthy and tasty, and takes literally 5 minutes to prepare.



Ingredients (for 3 servings):

  • 1 musk melon

  • Salt to taste


Method:

1. Cut the melon, peel and remove the seeds.

2. Blend.

3. Ta-dà!


Notes:

This soup is even more delicious if you keep the melon in the fridge before blending and serve it right away.
